Bella

We had lost our dogs over the previous year to illnesses and were looking to start fresh with a new puppy. I was searching on Petfinder for a lab mix puppy and saw Bella's adorable face. I was a bit taken aback to learn she was in Taiwan and I was honestly a little hesitant that this was not a scam of some sort, but as soon as I talked with Kenneth my apprehensions went away. They did a thorough assessment of our home and history of owning animals to ensure we would be a good fit. I like that it was also an interview for us too as that shows to me they really ensure the dogs end up in a loving home. I was worried about a young puppy making such a big flight, but she seemed unphased by it and came out super friendly and immediately jumped in our laps to give us kisses. She was up to date with all vaccinations and had detailed health information that arrived with her. Our vet was even impressed. I would definitely recommend anyone considering adopting to consider ARSI and we would do it again in a heartbeat.
